Urgent Border Collie in Need of Surgery

Skippy a Border Collie mix came to our rescue with a severe injury to his left front leg. He was rescued from a farm in rural KY, when we first received the call about Skippy one of our rescuers went out to inquire about him. The people reported that Skippy was not their dog but wandered onto their farm about a year ago with this injury.
