New Albany Floyd County Library 7th Annual Pet Fair at Scribner Drive parking lot

Satuday May 12 from 12-4 at New Albany Floyd County Library 180 West Spring St. 812-949-3523 for more info. Sponsored by the Reference Department. Held in the west parking lot off Scribner Drive. Vendors, rescues, pet welfare orgainzations are welcome to set up. No fees. This is an outside event, so bring a tent if you have one, but there are limited shady spots also. Saturday, June 18, 2011 a tthe New Albany Bank Street Farmers Market, 202 E. Market St. Raffles,silent auctions, lots of adoptable pets, kids activities, parade for Pet Hunger (starts at 11 am) fee to walk in the parade is $1 or pet food or treats. Personal pets allowed if on leash. This is a fun event where you can get a full dose of pet love form all our groups' adoptables. We also need volunteers to help with set up and raffles.See More

This is an adoptable pet and pet information event. There will be lots of animals to see, along with information from all kinds of groups. Come meet Buttercup and Bob, the mascots of the pet fair. They are 2 white standard poodles who are father and daughter.
