W.A.G.S. is a volunteer organization that offers Animal Assisted Activities and Animal Assisted Therapy. Members volunteer time and their pets visiting facilities such as, but not limited to, nursing homes, schools, children’s homes, and hospitals.

All you need to bring is yourself. Our general membership meeting is at 10 a.m. at the Anchorage Presbyterian Church. The new member orientation is at 11 a.m. Members bring their animals. New member orientation is done in a room that we can't have animals, so you will have to leave him home this time. Once you become a member, you can bring him to any event that we have pets.
