 ve.  Vendors, rescues, pet welfare orgainzations are welcome to set u
 p.  No fees.  This is an outside event, so bring a tent if you have 
 one, but there are limited shady spots also.  Free to the public and 
 personal pets are welcome if on a leash.  Activities including a pet 
 parade with prizes at 3 pm.  Lots of adoptable pets, some can be adop
